My interest in alternative healing methods has spanned more than 30 years and has involved Reiki, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Equine Assisted Therapy, Qui Gong and others. It wasn’t until my horse, Cute, was in training that I discovered The Emotion Code. Cute was doing very well in her training until the day she was asked to back up. When this was asked of her, she reacted as if her life depended on her NOT backing up, rearing and coming down hard, taking out fence rails and knocking her rider off. Fearful that the mare was experiencing pain of some kind, I called the vet, the equine chiropractor and the equine massage therapist. All said that they could find nothing wrong with her and were stumped by her behaviour. Reluctant to label her as bad, untrainable or worse, and on the advice of a friend, I sought out an Emotion Code practitioner. After two short sessions of releasing trapped emotions within Cute, her training resumed, complete with a solid backup and not one whiff of fear or reluctance. Being of a curious nature, I immediately needed to learn more and have a session or two myself. I ordered The Emotion Code book, and its teachings resonated with me so strongly that it was like every cell in my body was lighting up and saying “Yes”. I then signed up for the Emotion Code Practitioner course, knowing that this was my calling, my purpose. Now, with Body Code and Belief Code added to my offerings, I feel excited, and am humbled and honoured to help others navigate their healing journeys.
I am blessed to live on beautiful Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.
